Senior Software has acquired a 30% stake in HR Sincron company. The two software solution providers have over 600 successfully completed implementations in companies such as Porsche Romania, Regina Maria, Volvo, Baneasa, Delaco, Q-Fort, Rompetrol, Dedeman and many others.
The integrated systems provider Senior Software entered the shareholding structure of HR Sincron, acquiring 30% of the company’s shares. With this partnership, Sincron HR Software will be completed by the HR budgeting and performance suite provided by Senior Software, thus offering a complete human resources platform that covers all activities, from budgeting to execution and data analysis.
In its 14 years of activity, the HR Sincron team has made over 150 national & international implementations, and the company client portfolio includes well-known brands such as: Groupe Renault Romania, Farmec, Rewe Group, Libra Bank, Amber, Varta, Ernst & Young, Generali, Miele, Holcim and many more.
