How does it work?
Our HCM software solution is flexible and can be adapted to customer needs.
If industry or organization specificities require workflows that are not covered by the general functionalities of the Sincron HR Software platform, custom software development or integration with other client-side applications can be made.
You can benefit from typical flow adjustments, such as the recruitment request flow or internal customer feedback flow, or integrations with other software, such as an ERP or job-boards. In over 10 years of presence on the Romanian market we have successfully completed over 100 implementations and adaptations of the solution to the specific needs of our customers (internal flows and processes, working modes) in complex business contexts.
For all custom software development, we offer technical support in the normal work schedule: Monday-Friday 9: 00-18: 00.
HR MANAGER BENEFITS
One of our clients explains:
It was essential for us to incorporate internal benchmarks, specific flows, and KPIs that we use as a multinational group into the Sincron HCM software. The required development was not a problem for the Sincron team, which helped us continue to use our organization specific KPIs and furthermore came with a series of proposals to simplify the communication flow in the company.
