Centralising the personnel management activity

The Personnel Management solution is the “umbrella” under which you manage all the necessary documentation and legal procedures for all the employees and collaborators of your company.

Sincron supports the centralisation of this activity at the level of an organization or a group of companies. Contracts are simultaneously managed for several companies, providing support to all companies belonging to a group of companies in one single group-level solution. For each company you can define the specific elements (the persons authorised to sign labour contracts, contract templates).

Electronic file of the employee and the employment contract

You have at your disposal an employee's electronic file at any time, where you can easily manage all the data related to it: full personal data, contractual information, records of changes that may be needed to calculate wages, documents (diplomas, certifications, etc.), leaves or other information gathered during the various processes through which it has already passed within the organization, e.g. recruitment, performance evaluation, training.

You also generate and manage employment contracts, with all changes, statutory reports or their conclusion. If you have multiple contracts for an employee, you now keep track of them more easily. And in order to save time, if necessary, you can modify collectively some of the contractual elements, automatically generating the necessary documents.

Automations of personnel management and related processes

In Sincron, the solutions of Organization Management, Recruitment, onboarding, Personnel Management or Training are interconnected and use the same database. Thus, the information and documents collected at a certain stage are available and used automatically when they become necessary at a later stage.
For example, the organizational chart is automatically populated using the information in the onboarding sheet and those related to the internal organizational structure. Follow the courses and specialisations for each employee, or access each one's onboarding plan.

Using the Personnel Management solution, I have access to the employee's electronic file at any moment. Hence, I have at hand all the information about that person in relation to the organization: personal data, contractual information, employee's papers (diplomas, certifications, etc.), leaves and other information collected during different HR processes, for example during recruitment, performance assessment or training sessions. I also have access to the information it publishes in its Employee Portal account, that I have the right to edit.

It is helpful for me in the Personnel Management solution to precisely control the working hours. I am interested in receiving notifications about the cumulative hours of the same person under several employment contracts and in being alerted when there are deviations (e.g. exceeding the number of legal hours accumulated on multiple employment contracts).
