27 September 2021

Senior Software has acquired a 30% stake in HR Sincron company. The two software solution providers have over 600 successfully completed implementations in companies such as Porsche Romania, Regina Maria, Volvo, Baneasa, Delaco, Q-Fort, Rompetrol, Dedeman and many others.

The integrated systems provider Senior Software entered the shareholding structure of HR Sincron, acquiring 30% of the company’s shares. HR Sincron is a business started in 2007, that offers companies in Romania and North America an advanced human resources software platform managing the integrated flows of the main HR verticals:

  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Employee management
  • Time and Attendance
  • Payroll
  • Performance management
  • Training management
  • Self-service for employees
  • Internal communication

With this partnership, Sincron HR Software will be completed by the HR budgeting and performance suite provided by Senior Software, thus offering a complete human resources platform that covers all activities, from budgeting to execution and data analysis.

In its 14 years of activity, the HR Sincron team has made over 150 national & international implementations, and the company client portfolio includes well-known brands such as: Groupe Renault Romania, Farmec, Rewe Group, Libra Bank, Amber, Varta, Ernst & Young, Generali, Miele, Holcim and many more.

The flexibility of the software solution allows adaptation and configuration according to the specific needs of each business. The Sincron HR Software platform was tested in challenging contexts – over 500 users, 40 different geographical locations and 1.000.000 CVs in the database, all simultaneously for the same client.

„The decision of partnering with Senior Software represents a natural evolution of the relationship built over time by our two companies. An important element in the decision is the mindset of both businesses, with a focus on developing and promoting our own software products, an increasingly rare approach on the Romanian market. We strongly believe that the power of our united teams is greater than the sum of individual powers. We therefore think that the common offer we propose to the market is much more consistent and brings more value to the Romanian market.” said Mihai Stanca, General Manager HR Sincron.

By entering the HR Sincron shareholding, Senior Software is expanding its portfolio with an advanced human resources system, consolidating its position on the Romanian market as a single supplier with a complete package of integrated software for business management.

„After 3 years during which we crossed paths in various joint projects, we decided to lay the foundations of a strong partnership, that will allow us to grow together. The synergy between our systems package and the Sincron HR Software platform, the excellent collaboration between our teams and our customers’ need to access a single software provider that covers all business areas were key elements that led to the final decision.” added Daniel Toma, General Manager – Senior Software.

Another important point in the strategic partnership between Senior Software and HR Sincron is the excellent integration between the HR solution and SeniorXRP – a web-based ERP platform for businesses with complex activities, offered by Senior Software. Implemented together, both systems will offer Romanian managers the opportunity to access the latest and most advanced technologies on the market, with guaranteed benefits such as: workflow automation, smart tasks management and elimination of the no added-value operations.
